I sometimes find it difficult to understand how a company can have a high overall rating while still receiving some serious complaints. I know that no business can satisfy everyone, but repeated concerns shouldn't necessarily be ignored either. When you see this kind of mixed feedback, what do you investigate first? Do you read the lowest-rated comments, check whether the company responded, or compare the complaints with more recent experiences shared by other customers?

Customer ratings can be useful as a starting point, but the explanations behind them often provide much more value. A short comment may tell you whether someone was satisfied, yet it rarely explains the circumstances or the specific factors that influenced their opinion. That is why I prefer to look for detailed feedback when comparing different services. Someone interested in learning more about this platform could review and see what information is publicly available. It is important to consider both favorable and unfavorable comments rather than focusing exclusively on one side. Checking publication dates and looking for recurring themes can also help put individual opinions into perspective. A little extra research is usually worthwhile.
